Our medium-sized company provides spare parts of braking systems to major dealers of replacement parts and to vehicle manufacturers. Special attention is paid to the manufacturing of friction technical components. This includes standardized as well as customized brake linings, friction linings and facings bonded to backing support, as well as friction material products of various formulations, forms and contours. Due to close cooperation with metal processing manufacturers we put further focus on the production of hydraulic brake and clutch cylinders. Precise metal working of cylinder housing is carried out at CNC controlled milling and metal-cutting machines. Fine surface finish, one major issue for optimal piston movement is achieved by special reamer, honing and roller burnishing tools. All this puts us in the place to bring excellent hydraulic cylinders to the automotive market.
